Gentle Yoga for Stress Reduction
This class is for apprehensive exercisers. The pace is slow. We increase range of motion very gradually. Focus is on deep core & pelvic floor activation. -great if you wake up stiff in the mornings -core & pelvic floor work good for continence & balance. Pilates Mat This Online version of Pilates Mat uses mindful movements to build strength, beginning with the abdomen, lower back and hips. Classes also emphasize posture, body alignment and breathing. A series of consecutive stretching and strengthening exercises are performed on the floor. Endurance Training Be prepared to sweat and get your heart rate up in this vigorous Online class done to music. This Online class will help you increase full body strength over the next 4 weeks, cardiovascular and muscular endurance using body weight, free weights, resistance cords and step bench. This class provides a full aerobic warmup. Gym shoes required and water recommended. Line Dancing This Online Class is a low-impact cardio session with Country Western choreography. The dance sequence is taught in repeated steps, grouping the class in one or more lines to execute the steps at the same time. All music types are used for this class. Low Impact Aerobics This Online course for mature adults will improve cardiovascular health while working on coordination. Incorporates some simple dance steps and cardio mix. Appropriate warm-up, cool down, and stretching included. Core exercises towards end of class. Gym shoes required. Strength & Balance For mature adults, this Online Strength training class is a great way to improve functionality and increase energy levels. This class will help increase strength, mobility, coordination and balance. The class incorporates breathing and relaxation, core exercises, an aerobic warm-up and resistance exercises using body weight, free weights and resistance cords. Exercises are performed standing, sitting and/or on the floor. Modifications are made for mobility-impaired individuals. Gym shoes required. |
